Raymond Achille [Recovery Ray]
Raymond Achille is the founder of Balance Period, a wellness and health equity firm. He is a wellness consultant with a degree in kinesiology from Indiana University and over 8 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
After being diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism in 2017, Ray dedicated his time and energy to understanding how he can maintain optimal well-being and pass down healthier habits to the next generation of his family. He now uses what he learned to empower others to improve their quality of life and be the change they want to see in their family and community.
Eddens "Nick" Achille
[The Bald Sage]
In 2018 Eddens transitioned his journey from basketball to one focused on self-awareness. Using his time to focus on himself, he uncovered a passion for meditation and breathwork. This passion led to his own definition of freedom. Acquiring certifications in Mindfulness and Life Coaching, his goal is to help others to experience that same freedom in their own journey and become the best version of themselves.
