After being diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism in 2017, Raymond dedicated his time to becoming more self-aware and adopting habits that helped him maintain optimal mental, physical, and emotional, and financial wellbeing. Now as an Energy Management Coach, he uses what he's learned throughout his journey to empower his clients to incrementally improve the quality of their lives and actualize their potential.
Nick Achille | Mindfulness Coach
In 2018 Eddens transitioned his journey from basketball to one focused on self-awareness. Using his time to focus on himself, he uncovered a passion for meditation and breathwork. This passion led to his own definition of freedom. Acquiring certifications in Mindfulness and Life Coaching, his goal is to help others to experience that same freedom in their own journey and become the best version of themselves.
